Stunning custom pieces! Gaurav was amazing from the first call to help plan a 100% customizable set up that fits our space. We chose C&B for the quality materials they use and we were updated on progress pictures throughout the making, until shipping and delivery. The couch is super comfortable and the talk of our living space!
Great experience in the showroom! [They were] very helpful and responsive with email correspondence. There are lots of customization and fabric options to choose from. The ordering, delivery and installation process was extremely seamless! We are very happy with the finished product!
We ordered a custom storage bed and were extremely impressed with the overall experience. The quality is excellent, and the team was very helpful throughout the material sourcing process. Delivery and installation truly exceeded our expectations.
Absolutely LOVE my Santana king bed! I got it made in bouclé and it’s perfect for my bedroom. Also shoutout to the delivery team for making it a seamless experience! Knowing they make beds and other custom furniture in house locally, I will definitely be coming back for more.
We had an excellent experience from start to finish. The couch came out beautifully and the quality exceeded our expectations. You can really tell the craftsmanship and attention to detail that went into it. Highly recommend to anyone looking for high-quality custom furniture. We couldn’t be happier.
I had a great experience at Candace and Basil. I purchased end tables and a dresser as we as the Celine XL King bed. [They were] very helpful and made sure it was made to accommodate our adjustable bed bases. The end result is a gorgeous bedroom!
I recently purchased the custom Clarissa bed from Candace and Basil through their online platform, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Ordering was a breeze on their website, and we were eagerly awaiting our new bed. The bed is absolutely phenomenal! The quality is top-notch; it’s firm, well-built, sturdy, and incredibly easy to clean. We have zero complaints! We’re absolutely in love with our new bed :)
I absolutely love the bed we ordered from Candace and Basil. We had to order a custom king bed (dimensions etc) due to narrow stairways up to our bedroom, and I am floored by how beautiful this bed turned out. It’s so well constructed and comfortable. Thank you and I would definitely purchase from Candace and Basil again!
Purchased a custom Paloma sofa and it was worth the wait! We couldn’t be happier with how well constructed and beautiful it is. We worked with Anna at the downtown location and she was always attentive and helpful, a true pleasure to deal with.
STUNNING sectional from Candace & Basil!!! This is exactly what we wanted for our new condo, we are so happy with it! the service was fantastic from start to finish. We got to pick our own fabric and customise it to our space. Recommend 1000% and will definitely be coming back to purchase more items in the future
