Every frame starts as hardwood maple — never a sheet of plywood, MDF, particleboard, or any engineered wood product.
No Glue, Ever
We join each frame using dowels, corner blocks, and wooden pegs, a joinery method that skips adhesives and resin completely.
Natural Latex Support
Sourced straight from rubber trees, our latex foam offers breathable support that returns to the earth naturally.
Raw Cotton Cushioning
We layer raw cotton batting across the frame for natural padding and insulation — no polyester fill or synthetic wrap involved.
Fabric of Your Choosing
Finish your frame in linen, hemp, wool, organic cotton, or leather — the fabric selection is entirely up to you.
