Made your way, start to finish

By special request, we'll hand-build your sofa from all-natural materials only — solid hardwood, zero adhesives, and a cushion fill and fabric you choose yourself.

American Hardwood Frame

Every sofa frame is cut from solid American hardwood — no plywood, MDF, particleboard, or any engineered wood substitutes.

Joinery, Not Glue

We connect each frame using dowel joinery and corner blocking, skipping adhesives and resin at every joint.

Natural Latex Seating

Seat cores are poured from rubber-tree latex, delivering supportive, breathable comfort that breaks down naturally over time.

Down or Kapok Fill

Fill your cushions with pure down-feather — never a poly blend — or opt for organic kapok cotton, a naturally hypoallergenic plant fiber.

Cotton Batting Padding

Raw cotton batting wraps each cushion for natural softness and insulation, with no polyester wadding or flame-retardant chemicals added.

Fabric of Your Choosing

Finish your sofa in linen, hemp, wool, or organic cotton — left undyed or finished with a plant-based dye, whichever you prefer.
