Shipping
- Shipping charges are non-refundable and are available at checkout.
- You will be notified via email prior to delivery to coordinate a date and time window.
- Typical transit time is 1-2 weeks depending on your location. Remote regions may require additional time.
Returns
- In order to qualify for a return, contact us within 30 days of delivery. The item(s) must be unused, unassembled, in original condition and all contents packaged back into the original packaging.
- Return shipping charges will apply.
- All custom items, mattresses, pillows and bedding are non-refundable and are final sale.
Candace & Basil custom beds now come with a 10-year warranty covering defects in seams, foams, filling, and wooden frame under normal residential use. If any of these components fail due to manufacturing defects, we will repair or replace them at no cost. This warranty does not cover wear and tear or damage from misuse, accidents, or improper care. The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable. This policy reflects our commitment to providing durable and long-lasting furniture that you can trust and enjoy for years to come.
THE C&B DIFFERENCE
Our custom beds are meticulously crafted in-house from start to finish in our Mississauga facility. We begin with kiln-dried hardwood, expertly cut and framed by our skilled carpenters. Next, the frame is handed over to our seasoned upholsterers, who clad the soon-to-be bed with fibre-wrapped, high density foam for a luxurious, plush feel. Then, your chosen fabric is carefully cut, sewn, and fit to perfection. Every bed is inspected with the highest level of attention to detail before being packaged and prepared for delivery to its forever home.
